  • What is the difference in LVP?

LVP comes in different variations, including SPC (Stone Core Polymer) and WPC (Wood Core Polymer), each with distinct layer compositions. WPC offers a softer feel underfoot but is susceptible to denting, while SPC provides a more rigid structure that resists bending and denting. The industry gold standard is 5 mm thickness with additional layers, and we exclusively sell flooring that is either 4.8 mm or 5 mm. The wear layer varies in mil thickness, and we only carry products with 12 mil or higher, with 20 mil being the gold standard. Our LVP products feature a ceramic bead coating, which allows us to provide a 15-year pet damage warranty along with a lifetime warranty. We carry only premium products that meet the standards we would expect in our own homes, and all of our products are made in America.
  • Do you offer any warranties for your work?

  • Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes, we maintain full licensing and insurance coverage.
  • What's the standard labor warranty for roofing?

Our standard roofing labor warranty is 1 year, which is provided in addition to the manufacturer's warranty that comes with the shingles.
  • What does it mean to be an Owens Corning preferred contractor?

Our status as an Owens Corning preferred contractor enables us to provide a 10-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's shingle warranty.
